Summer road surface in Erbil passes 60 °C and the dust load on a filter here is nothing like Europe. Our formulations are shifted accordingly: higher HTHS viscosity in the 10W-40 and 15W-40 grades, higher TBN for the diesel range, and an anti-foam level set for tank trucks that never stop idling.
Heavy-duty diesel
10W-40 · 15W-40 · 20W-50
API CK-4 / CI-4 with TBN 10–12 for high-sulphur regional diesel. Tested on Cummins and Mercedes fleets running the Erbil–Baghdad corridor.
Gear & transmission
80W-90 · 85W-140 · ATF DIII
GL-4 and GL-5 hypoid gear oils plus automatic transmission fluid. Bright stock from our own vacuum section carries the load in the 85W-140.
Hydraulics
HLP 32 · 46 · 68 · 100
DIN 51524-2 anti-wear hydraulic oils for construction fleets, generator skids and workshop presses. Supplied in 20 L and 208 L.
Greases
Li EP-2 · Li Complex · Ca
Lithium and lithium-complex greases with a dropping point above 260 °C, packed in 0.5, 4, 18 kg. Made for wheel bearings that see 55 °C ambient.
Coolants & brake fluids
G11 · G12+ · DOT-4
Mono-ethylene glycol coolants to −40 °C and DOT-4 brake fluid, blended on the same site under separate line clearance.
PRODUCTS
Packaging
1, 4, 5 and 20 litre canisters, 208 litre drums and 1,000 litre IBCs. Greases are packed in 0.5, 4 and 18 kg. Necks are induction-sealed and caps carry an etched laser code.
Ask for a batch report before you buy a pallet.
