Six units. One continuous line.
Feedstock enters the tank farm on the east side of the site and leaves as a sealed canister on the west side. Nothing goes off site in between. Select a unit to see what happens inside it.
Feedstock intake
Feedstock is received into the tank farm on heated lines. Every tanker is sampled at the gate before discharge: density, water content and appearance go into the log before the pump starts, and the sample is retained until the batch it feeds has been released.
Rectification column
32 valve trays, 28 metres. The column splits the feed into light ends, a spindle cut and two neutral cuts — SN-150 and SN-500. Tray temperatures are logged every 30 seconds and the profile is archived with the batch.
